The City of London Bailiffs advanced Inventory reports provide an independant descriptive listing of all items, supported by digital photographic evidence and current market pricing to like for like replacement value.
 
Left goods (Tort)
 
The City of London Bailiffs will catologue a full detailed Inventory of goods (Photo's of each item, make/model, serial numbers, distinguishing marks, colour, dimensions and ultra violet markings) will be listed.
The City of London Bailiffs will also, produce and display the required notices:
 
Notice of uncollected goods and notice of intention to sell/dispose of goods. Torts (Interference with goods) Act 1977 Section 12(1) and Section 12(3)
 
Photographic exhibits and witness statement will be provided in support of the displayed notices.
 
All claims to such goods and collection of the goods will be conducted by our Bailiffs with all relevant paper work; correct identities of claimants, proof of ownership and a signed release of goods declaration.
 
Matrimonial Cases
 
The City of London Bailiffs Inventory service fully understands and appreciates how difficult these types of situations can be for those involved in any form of matrimonial break up. Working to a strict code of discretion and respect without judgement or comment, our professional inventory assets reporters will conduct their business in a helpful manner with as little disruption as possible.
 
We record;
 
                1. Who is present during the compiling of the report.
                2. Where the item is currently located.
                3. A description of the item.
                4. Any visible model/serial number and manufacture.
                5. A detailed description of the condition of the item.
                    Noting any marks or obvious damage.
                6. Confirm whether a receipt of purchase has been
                    made available; attaching the scanned/photographic
                    evidence to the report.
                7. Provide an estimated resale value based on a  
                    replacement "like for like" basis.
 
Details of any items that are deemed to be of high value, will be sent for an independent specialist valuation (an additional charge maybe incurred) and the received information added to the report.
 
You can then expect to receive your comprehensive report and estimated valuation usually within five working days.
